When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed and accepted by our billing department.

Is there any way to track my order?

You may check the order status if you log into our support site. Within several days after shipping the package, you will receive your tracking number and the web-link to check the status online.

When will my package arrive?

It depends on the shipping type of your order. The usual waiting time for Airmail shipping is 2-4 business weeks (package may be delivered earlier). The EMS Courier Delivery waiting period is 5-9 business days. If any delay occurs, please, contact our support care department and we will resolve the situation.
